"The best thing that happened today was finally understanding exactly why the number of combinations is always less than the number of permutations in probability. I spent an hour trying to figure this out so was pretty happy at the end of it. Also this was the best thing that happened because all day I had friends falling sick; tonsillitis, stomach infections, viral fever even toppling down the stairs; spent a better part of the evening copy pasting "how are you feeling now? to various friends and I hope the replies tomorrow will be more optimistic.
